Stumbled across this hidden gem in Surprise! You can taste the authenticity and love in the food. Delicious! All the food was made to order and came out fresh and hot. We will definitely be coming back often to get our fix. I give this place 10 stars!!!

What a gem this restaurant is! The food is great and the portions are plentiful. I especially LOVE the chile relleno burrito. One of the BEST I've had. The owners are absolutely the nicest people. So friendly. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door.

I want to start by saying that that the service here is top notch. We came here for the Menudo and 5 minutes later felt like family. The food was delicious, the place was clean and welcoming, and the family running the place was super friendly and accommodating. I had the Mixed Fajitas and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ingredients. My wife had the Menudo and it reminded me of my mom’s back home. Authentic flavors, fully stocked salsa bar, and local in Surprise. Can’t beat that. I will definitely be back here again.

Amazing place! This corner restaurant did not disappoint. Friendly staff, delicious food and clean facility. We did not know what to order and the girl at the counter recommended a great choice. The fresh salsa was fabulous. We came for the first time and we will be coming again!

Francisco's is a mom and pop establishment. They are very friendly and really want to please you with their food. They have a good selection of salsas in the salsa bar, which are marked to let you know if they are hot or mild. On Taco Tuesday, their shredded beef taco is 1.99. Ordered chips, they were warm, crispy and not too thin or too thick. They were also flavorful. The taco was good with plenty of meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Their beans were also good, not runny or too thick. They have self-serve beverages, which is always good. This will be our Taco Tuesday place to go.

I went here on Taco Tuesday and for 1.99 a taco it was well worth it. Excellent tacos good rice and bean a great Hot Sauce bar to choose the right sauce for you. Friendly staff and they treat you great.

This is the best Mexican (fast) food place we've eaten at. I had the fish tacos (#4), and my husband had #18. The refried beans tasted amazing! They are the best I've ever had. The fish tacos are also amazing, in my opinion. Nice, meaty pieces of fish. They are so much better than the ones I have tried at my favorite Mexican restaurant, Manny's Cocina, in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Francisco's will be our favorite Mexican restaurant to eat at from now on when we visit Arizona.

Best Mexican food i have had this year by far, exceptional customer service from a family owned and operated restaurant. Small unassuming restaurant that is very clean. Beans and rice were literally the very best I have eaten, a guy came in while we were there to get just Beans and Rice, sooo delicious. Salsa bar was great, the mild red Salsa was so good that I ate what I didn't put on my taco with a spoon! Had Beef Crispy Taco, the shell was a fried flour tortilla and was amazing, the beef was shredded vs ground, can't wait to have another one. Cheese Enchiladas were great, sauce was delicious. Wife's bean Burrito was huge, she loved the tortilla. Definitely recommend, the best in Surprise for sure, would put it up for best in Phoenix! Update: Been back 3 times in the last week, all excellent visits. Had the QuesaBirria last time, really good, good amount of filling and consome was great!
